At motorSPORTaktiv, Pro Recruitment is the targeted planning and implementation of your motorsport career – tailored to your age, your experience and your goals.
We draw on everything motorSPORTaktiv stands for: courses and the Kids Academy, performance coaching, our ÖTSM teams and the touring cars in the 3h Cup. On top of that, we have a large network in motorsport – both nationally and internationally.
We also advise you on sponsorship, social media and your website – because a motorsport career is about more than time on the track.

From this we create a plan of which courses, training sessions and race series make sense, and in which order.

Questions about Pro Recruitment
Is Pro Recruitment a course I can book?
No. Pro Recruitment is not a fixed programme but the targeted planning and implementation of your motorsport career. We discuss in person which courses, training sessions or race series fit.
From what age can I apply?
From age 7. There is no upper limit – adults can also get into motorsport with us in a targeted way. Applicants under 14 need the consent of a parent or guardian.
Do I need any experience?
No. We meet you where you are – whether you have never sat in a kart or already race.
Where can the road lead?
From karting through the ÖTSM and touring cars in the 3h Cup to formula and GT racing: our drivers show how different a path in motorsport can be.
