About the 3h Cup

The 3h Cup at the Wachauring in Melk is an endurance race for near-standard touring cars. After qualifying, a rolling start leads into a three-hour race – the winner is the team that crosses the finish line in front once the three hours are up.

A driver change is mandatory every 20 minutes and must last at least 45 seconds. Cars race in four classes up to 75, 90, 120 and 150 hp with naturally aspirated petrol engines and road tyres; each class is scored separately, and the top three teams in each class receive trophies.

With motorSPORTaktiv you can race without your own car: our touring cars – Peugeot 206, Audi A4 Quattro and BMW 318ti – compete in the 3h Cup. Those who impress in the touring car training get first refusal as regular drivers.
