Race series

AIM & AOM

Austrian Indoor Masters & Austrian Outdoor Masters

Kart racing all year round: indoors in winter at the Austrian Indoor Masters, outdoors in summer at the Austrian Outdoor Masters – on top kart tracks in Austria and its neighbouring countries.

Two series, one season

AIM and AOM combine into a karting season that runs all year. From November to February the racing is indoors, from April to October on outdoor tracks – from sprints to the 24-hour race in Jesolo.

Most races are team events: several drivers share one kart, and driver changes and strategy matter just as much as fast laps. For young drivers it’s the ideal way to rack up race kilometres and gain real racing experience.

FAQ

Questions about AIM and AOM

What is the difference between AIM and AOM?

The Austrian Indoor Masters (AIM) are held indoors from November to February, in Győr and Bratislava. The Austrian Outdoor Masters (AOM) run from April to October on outdoor tracks in Italy, Slovakia and Austria.

Do you race alone or in a team?

Mostly in a team: several drivers share one kart, and driver changes and strategy matter just as much as fast laps. The AIM also has events with an individual championship.

How does my child get into AIM or AOM?

Through a karting course and the motorSPORTaktiv Kids Academy, both possible from age 7. There your child learns everything for the first race. When the time is right to start racing, we decide together.
